We want people to talk about discuss how they're doing at work, and outside of work. Motivii was designed so people can be honest and open about what they see as their highlights, challenges and key priorities, but we also realise the importance of some work-related content's confidentiality.

We encourage all employees not to enter information that is confidential into Motivii because the platform generates word clouds that can be accessed by those outside of your direct team (HR and senior management). 

Instead employees should be encouraged to use abbreviations or code names. Employees also have a responsibility to enter information into the platform that is safe for work.

Motivii is not responsible for the information entered.

However, If you are worried about sensitive information being shared through the platform we can help you develop a guide for your organisation to explain what can and cannot be talked about on the platform.
