As part of completing their objectives on Motivii, organisations can ask employees to align to a company goal, value or mission. We broadly call these Alignments.

Adding an alignment for employees to pair their objective with is a useful way to get people thinking about how what they're doing ties into the organisation as a whole, and ultimately: why what they're working on matters.

To set alignments for your organisation, head to People Analytics > Admin > Alignment.
