Key Priorities give your manager a really quick summary of what you plan to do for the week ahead. But rather than review & rate your focus each week, add any Key Priorities that you want to focus on for the week ahead and tick off those that you completed during the current week.
Remember, this will be shared with your manager: With that in mind, keep it short & sweet! We're not trying to replace whatever task manager you're using at the moment, just help you reflect & let your manager know your broad goals for the week.
