Motivii asks anonymous questions as part of each Motivii Update to generate an engagement score for six key dimensions: organisation, team, manager, development, communication and wellbeing. 

The company's overall Engagement Score is generated quarter-on-quarter, shown below. Your average score gives a benchmark to show how your organisation compares to all others using Motivii.

Before an Engagement Score for the next quarter is calculated, a countdown box indicates how long until the score will be available. This also shows the strongest and weakest areas for your organisation.

Note: Individual engagement scores for employees can only be accessed by the employees themselves. A manager or senior-level user will only be able to access aggregated team engagement scores among teams of three or more.
