To see answers, go to either Me, Teams, or if you've got company view, People Analytics.

The answers section gives you a list of the questions that you and your team has answered since you joined Motivii. Answers to these questions are aggregated and anonymised. 

This section gives you a breakdown of your answers as a team quarter on quarter. You are shown the average answer out of 10. 

You can also see what you answered to the question this quarter and compare it to see if it is different to your team’s average. This can be a great conversation starter, if your answer is the same or different to your team’s average. 

You can discuss this personalised data in one- to-ones with your manager or in an appraisal.

Take the above example. From this you can see that the overall average for this team was 8.5. However, there has been a steady increase quarter-on-quarter from Q3 up to Q1. 

Similarly the last answer for this person is 10, which shows that in the most recent quarter they strongly agreed that their team worked well together. 

Note: At least three direct reports must contribute to reach an aggregated answer. This preserves the anonymity of each person's response.
