The Motivii Update is a great way to find out what your team is working on and how they feel. It only takes two minutes to complete and can be regularly scheduled for every week, every two weeks, or every month.

The Motivii Update flow is made up of several parts, described below, Take a look at the demo to see how these all come together

Highlights, Challenges, Key Priorities
This part of the update helps employees summarise their achievements, challenges and key priorities for the past week, fortnight or month. This helps them reflect on work, and helps their managers understand what's they've been working on, where their achievements should be recognised, and where they need support.

Highlights, challenges & key priorities are shared by name with employees' managers.

Anonymous Questions
As part of the Update flow you'll be asked to answer a few Anonymous Questions. As their name suggests, answers to these survey questions are not shared under your name. Instead they're aggregated with at least two others from your team, before they are sent to your manager.

These questions help build a rich picture of engagement across a team, or an organisation as a whole. They can also be tailored to what you want to do.

Motivation
As the final part of the update flow, you track your own motivation. An individual's motivation is always anonymous and aggregated with several others' data, before it is shared.

And there you have it: the Motivii Update.
