Just like the Motivii Update helps employees think about how work is going from week-to-week, the review tool helps employees reflect on their longer term goals and objectives and share their progress with their manager.

To do that, we've created a really simple process to help direct reports & managers prepare for development conversations & sit down together to decide on next steps.

Here's a quick summary of how Reviews work for teams.

  1. Reviews are automatically scheduled to take place each quarter

  2. Direct reports are invited to complete your Review Prep for the previous quarter on 1st day of the new quarter via an email link, although they can also access this through the platform here.

  3. As part of their Review Prep, direct reports update their objectives, share what's gone well & what's been challenging over the past quarter

  4. Direct reports are given insight from their weekly Motivii Updates to remind them how the past quarter has gone

  5. Once they've completed their review prep it is sent to their manager, who can comment & add notes

  6. Managers will book in time to sit down with their direct reports and discuss the prepared notes, make comments, and agree on next steps.

  7. Managers then mark the Review as 'complete'. Managers can view the status of their team's Reviews at any time here
